
Commitment to Supporting Investment
From a public sector perspective, there is an existing group operating in the area which comprises of representatives from both Birmingham City Council, Advantage West Midlands (the Regional Development Agency) and the East Birmingham and North Solihull Regeneration Zone.
This group is designed to work with developers to put together funding packages from a range of areas.
The range of assistance available to investors includes:
- A co-ordinated development advice service
- Assistance with site assembly and relocation packages
- Tailored recruitment and training schemes
